Connect Stripe directly and stay on top of payments, refunds, disputes, and cash flow.

Overview

Not every business runs a WooCommerce or Shopify store. Omniops connects directly to Stripe, giving product-led and ecommerce businesses full visibility over payments, refunds, and cash flow. If you do have a store connected, Stripe adds another layer of payment insight on top.

Stripe Integration

Connecting Stripe is straightforward. You provide a restricted API key (Omni guides you through creating one with the right permissions), and within minutes you have:

  • Real-time payment events — new payments, refunds, disputes, and failures arrive via webhook as they happen
  • Historical order backfill — up to 500 recent orders are pulled in automatically so you're not starting from a blank slate
  • Your own account — you connect with a restricted API key you create in your own Stripe account, and your money always flows through your account

No middleware, no third-party processors in between. Your money flows through your Stripe account as normal.

Payment Visibility

Ask Omni about your payments at any time:

  • "Show me today's payments"
  • "What's my cash flow this month?"
  • "Any failed payments this week?"
  • "How much did we process last month compared to the month before?"

You get a clear picture of money coming in, going out (refunds, disputes), and the overall trend — all through conversation.

Invoicing

Creating and sending invoices through Omni is planned, not yet available. For now, Omni gives you a clear read on the payments, refunds, and disputes already in your Stripe account.

Real Scenarios

A refund goes out on a large order. From your phone you ask: "What refunds went out today?" and you see it straight away, with the customer and the amount.

End of the month. "What's my cash flow this week?" You see incoming payments, refunds, and disputes, all in one answer.
