Overview
The Omniops dashboard provides visual analytics and management tools alongside the Omni chat interface. While you can do everything through conversation, the dashboard offers at-a-glance views of your key metrics.
Dashboard Sections
Commerce Analytics
If you have a WooCommerce or Shopify integration connected, the commerce dashboard shows:
- Revenue overview — daily, weekly, and monthly trends with comparison periods
- Order metrics — volume, fulfilment rates (how many orders have been shipped), and average order value
- Top products — best sellers by revenue and unit count
- Customer insights — new vs returning, geographic distribution
You glance at the dashboard first thing and see revenue is up 12% this week. Clicking into the detail, you spot that one product is driving most of the growth.
Conversation Analytics
Track how Omni is performing:
- Total conversations and messages
- Resolution rates (how often Omni answers without needing human help)
- Common topics and questions
This helps you spot gaps in your content and understand what your customers need.
The analytics show 40 conversations this week, 95% resolved without needing you. The three that did escalate are flagged for your review.
Settings
Manage your organization:
- Integrations — connect and configure your tools
- Team members — invite and manage access
- Widget — customize your customer-facing chat widget
- Billing — manage your subscription
Customization
The dashboard adapts based on your connected integrations. Only relevant sections are shown — if you haven't connected an e-commerce platform, commerce analytics won't appear.
Mobile Access
The Omniops iOS app provides mobile access to your dashboard and Omni chat. Download it from the App Store and sign in with your existing credentials.
