The maths

Your busiest month shouldn’t be your most expensive.

Many AI support tools charge for every conversation their AI answers. The more your customers ask, the more you pay. OmniOps is one price, however busy it gets.

Intercom Fin$0.99 per answer

Zendesk AI agents£1.30 per answer

Gorgias AI Agent$0.90 per answer

OmniOps £500 planFlat. Founding places pay less and include 300 answered conversations a month.

£500

At 1,500 answers a month, the cheapest of these costs £1,002 in AI fees alone. The OmniOps £500 plan stays £500.

Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas are when questions pile up, and when a pay-per-answer bill climbs fastest. Get set up well before Black Friday.
