v3.1.0

17 August 2026

The Studio gets a significant update in this release. Product images can now have their exposure, shadows, tones and colour adjusted with controls that stay editable whenever you come back. Videos can be trimmed, captioned and exported to the right size for TikTok, Reels or YouTube, all from inside the same page. A few things that were catching people out are also fixed: the Shopify app is more reliable, approvals now carry through first time, and the dashboard no longer marks an integration as disconnected when it is connected.

Highlights

  • Fine-tune your product photos - Adjust the exposure, shadows, tones and colours on any image in the canvas. Each setting stays editable, so you can come back and refine later without starting again.
  • Edit and caption videos without leaving the page - Open any video and read the full word-by-word transcript. Mark the sections to cut and apply them in one pass, then add captions to the result.
  • Export for each platform - Choose TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube or square, and the video is resized, cropped and captioned for that shape.
  • Remove Meta ad campaigns - Delete or archive a campaign, or delete an ad set, without leaving Omniops. Omni asks you to confirm before any removal goes through.
  • Approvals that carry through - Say yes to an accounting, payments or ads action Omni proposes and it carries it out immediately, rather than asking you to confirm a second time.
Added
  • -New controls in the Studio canvas let you adjust exposure, shadows, tonal range, local contrast, and colour including temperature, saturation, colour wheels and curves. Each setting stays re-editable whenever you return.
  • -A video review surface now opens inside the Studio: see every word in the transcript, mark the sections to cut, and apply the edit in a single render.
  • -Captions come in three styles: animated word highlight, word-by-word, and a plain single line. Captions save with the clip, and at export you choose whether they are part of the picture or a separate subtitle file to download.
  • -Export presets resize and crop a video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube or square, with captions sized for that shape. Clips with no speech can be exported too.
  • -Meta ad campaigns and ad sets can be removed from Omniops. Every removal asks for confirmation first.
Changed
  • -Studio campaigns can now be renamed and archived, and shots can be moved between them.
  • -Videos can be trimmed in the browser when you upload them, so only the parts you want are sent for processing.
  • -Images and videos from your desktop can be dragged and dropped directly onto the canvas.
  • -When you approve an accounting, payments or ads action Omni proposes, it now carries it out straight away instead of asking you again.
  • -The chat widget loads faster on your site.
Fixed
  • -Omni sometimes said a service was not connected when it was. It now reads your live connection list, so it can see every service you have connected rather than a short fixed list.
  • -Several reliability improvements to the Shopify app: the install process, billing setup, staying signed in and receiving order and customer updates.
  • -Widget conversations are now preserved correctly when a session is repaired or resumed.
  • -The product information shown to customers in the chat widget now matches your live catalogue.
  • -Text added to an image in the canvas stays editable after you crop it. Before, cropping fixed the text into the picture for good.

v3.0.0

11 August 2026

Six months of work, in one place. Omni started the year answering your customers. It now watches the rest of the shop alongside them: your stock, your orders, your money and your marketing. Along the way it picked up a camera, learned to work from your phone, and started meeting your customers in their own language.

Highlights

  • Product photos without the shoot - Tell Omni the shot you want and it makes it. Change your mind by saying so, the way you would to a photographer. Move things around on the picture afterwards without starting again.
  • Your shop, from your phone - The iPhone app carries your morning briefing, your customer conversations, and anything waiting on your say-so. Sign off a refund from the school run.
  • Omni drafts your emails - It reads your Gmail or Outlook, works out which messages genuinely need you, and writes the reply for you to check.
  • Returns, start to finish - On Shopify, a customer asks to send something back and Omni takes it from the request through to the refund, inside your rules.
  • Your customers get their own language - The chat window itself now reads in 23 languages, not just the conversation happening inside it.
  • Turning up in ChatGPT - Omni checks whether AI assistants name your shop when someone asks what to buy, and tells you what to change.
Added
  • -Ask for a product photo in plain words and get one back, then keep changing it by talking to it.
  • -A canvas for those images: move things, layer them, rewrite the text, cut an object out, all without going back to the start.
  • -An iPhone app for the whole business, with your briefing, your chat, your tasks and your approvals.
  • -Reply drafts for your Gmail or Outlook, with the messages that do not need you filtered out first.
  • -Returns and refunds handled end to end on Shopify.
  • -Somewhere to keep receipts and invoices, so they are to hand when your accountant asks.
  • -Team accounts, so the people who help you run the shop get their own sign-in.
  • -A check on whether ChatGPT and other assistants mention your shop, with the fixes spelled out.
  • -Your chat widget in your customers' language, across 23 of them.
  • -Omni knows which page of your dashboard you are on, so you can ask "what am I looking at here?"
Changed
  • -Your dashboard was redrawn to be quieter, and to read properly on a phone.
  • -The chat widget takes your shop's colours, so it looks like part of your site rather than something bolted on.
  • -Your morning briefing only brings you things you can act on. If nothing needs you, it says so and stops.
Fixed
  • -Repeat alerts about the same thing overnight. Omni now tells you once, and tells you again only when something actually changes.
  • -Customers writing in a language other than English got an English-looking chat window wrapped around their reply.
  • -Some order and stock questions came back empty on larger catalogues.
  • -Your most regular customers were being scored as though they had not bought in months.

v2.0.0

28 January 2026

The first release under proper version numbers. Omni could answer your customers in your own words, look up their real orders on WooCommerce or Shopify, and stay inside the privacy rules while doing it.

Highlights

  • Customers answered in your words - Omni picks up how you write and answers in that tone, at any hour.
  • Real orders, not guesses - It reads your live orders, so "where is mine?" gets a real answer with a real tracking link.
  • Answers that come from your own site - Omni reads your pages and policies and answers from them, rather than making something up.
  • Over 40 languages - It spots the language a customer writes in and replies in the same one.
  • Privacy handled - Built to the UK and EU rules, with control over where your data sits.
Added
  • -A chat window for your site, set up in about five minutes.
  • -Live order and delivery lookups for WooCommerce and Shopify.
  • -The customer's language spotted and matched automatically.
  • -A dashboard showing what your customers are actually asking about.
  • -Sign-ins for your team, with control over what each person can see.
  • -Your own colours, logo and placement on the chat window.
  • -A way to hand a conversation over to a person, with a nudge in Slack or by email.
  • -Omni reads your website to learn your products and policies.
