Outbound Sales
Find prospects, personalise outreach, and track results — all through conversation.
Overview
Inbound leads are great, but sometimes you need to go and find the right customers. Omniops handles the entire outbound process: finding prospects, understanding their business, writing personalised emails, sending them through your own email account, and tracking what happens next.
No third-party email tools. No monthly subscriptions for prospecting databases. Your Gmail, your words, your relationships.
How It Works
Find prospects
Tell Omni what kind of businesses you want to reach:
- "Find plumbers in Manchester"
- "Look for independent coffee shops in Bristol"
- "Find web design agencies in London"
Omni discovers businesses matching your criteria — industry, location, size — and builds a prospect list for you to review.
Understand each prospect
Every prospect's website is read and analysed. Omni understands what they do, what challenges they likely face, and how your services could help. This isn't generic data — it's specific to each business:
- What the prospect does and who they serve
- Their likely pain points based on their industry and setup
- How your offering maps to their needs
Score the fit
Each prospect is scored on how well they match your business. Scoring considers:
- Industry alignment
- Business size and stage
- Technology they're using
- Pain points that match what you solve
High-scoring prospects are the ones most likely to be interested. You focus your time where it matters.
Write personalised emails
Omni drafts an email for each prospect, written specifically for them. Not a template with the company name swapped in — a genuine, relevant message that references what they do and why you're reaching out.
The drafts are based on your business context and the prospect's specific situation. You review, edit if you'd like, and approve.
Send through your Gmail
Emails are sent from your own Gmail account, as you. Emails go out gradually to protect your sending reputation — at a natural pace, not in a blast.
Track replies
When prospects reply, their responses are automatically classified:
- Interested — they want to learn more
- Not interested — polite decline
- Question — they need more information before deciding
- Other — everything else
This saves you reading through every reply to work out who's worth following up with. The interested prospects are highlighted immediately.
Campaign Analytics
See how your outreach is performing:
- Open rates — how many prospects opened your email
- Click rates — how many clicked a link
- Reply rates — how many responded
- Recommendations — specific suggestions to improve performance based on your numbers
If your open rates are low, Omni will suggest subject line improvements. If replies are low but opens are high, the email content might need adjusting.
Compliance
Built-in from the start:
- One-click unsubscribe — every email includes an easy opt-out
- Suppression list — anyone who unsubscribes is never contacted again
- Gradual sending — emails go out gradually to protect your sending reputation
Real Scenarios
You run an IT support company and want to reach local businesses. You tell Omni, "Find accountancy firms in Leeds." A list of prospects appears, each with a fit score and a summary of their business. You review the top-scoring ones, approve the personalised drafts, and they're sent from your Gmail over the next few hours.
A week later, you ask "How's the Leeds campaign performing?" Omni shows you the open rate, reply rate, and highlights three interested replies for you to follow up on personally.
What You Can Ask Omni
