Microsoft 365

Connect Outlook calendar and email so Omni can manage your meetings and communication.

Overview

The Microsoft 365 integration connects your Outlook calendar and email to Omni. Once connected, Omni can check your schedule, book meetings, read and send emails, and access your contacts — all through conversation.

If your business runs on Microsoft rather than Google, this is how Omni plugs into your workflow.

Prerequisites

  • A Microsoft 365 account (Business or personal)

How to Connect

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your Omniops dashboard
  2. Select Microsoft 365
  3. Click Connect Microsoft 365
  4. Sign in with your Microsoft account and choose the account you want to connect
  5. Authorise access to your Outlook calendar and email

That's it. Omni can now manage your calendar and email.

What Omni Can Do

Outlook Calendar

  • View your upcoming events and schedule
  • Book meetings and send invites
  • Check your availability and free/busy status
  • Move, cancel, or reschedule meetings
  • Handle meeting invites on your behalf

Email Management

  • Read incoming emails and classify them (leads, support, scheduling)
  • Draft replies for your review
  • Send emails on your behalf (with your approval)
  • Search your inbox for specific conversations

Contacts

  • Access your Microsoft contacts for scheduling and communication
  • Look up contact details when you need them

What You Can Ask Omni

  • "What's on my calendar today?"
  • "Schedule a meeting with Sarah on Thursday at 2pm"
  • "Am I free tomorrow afternoon?"
  • "Any new emails since this morning?"
  • "Draft a reply to the last email from David"
  • "Move my 3pm to Friday"

Troubleshooting

Connection expired

Microsoft tokens can expire. If Omni stops being able to access your calendar or email, go to Settings > Integrations > Microsoft 365 and reconnect.

Wrong account connected

Disconnect the current account from the integration page, then reconnect with the correct Microsoft account.
