Connect Meta Business Suite so Omni can report on your ad spend and campaign performance.

Overview

The Meta Ads integration gives Omni a read on your Facebook and Instagram advertising. Once connected, you can ask about spend, campaign performance, and where your budget is going, all through conversation. It's a fast way to check how your ads are doing without logging into Meta.

Prerequisites

  • A Meta Business account with at least one ad account
  • A Facebook login with access to that ad account

How to Connect

  1. Go to Integrations in your Omniops dashboard
  2. Select Meta Business Suite
  3. Click Connect Meta Business Suite
  4. Sign in with Facebook and grant access
  5. Choose the Pages and ad accounts you want to connect

One connection covers your Meta surfaces. WhatsApp connects through this same Meta Business Suite sign-in, so once you connect here, WhatsApp is set up from the same place.

What Omni Can Do

Account Overview

Get your headline numbers: spend, impressions, reach, clicks, click-through rate, cost per click, conversions, and return on ad spend.

Campaign Performance

See how individual campaigns are doing, list your active and paused campaigns, and find your top campaigns by spend or another metric.

Spend Over Time

Check daily spend across a date range so you can see where the money went.

Audience and Creative Insights

Break performance down by age, gender, country, or placement, and compare how individual ad creatives are performing.

What You Can Ask Omni

What It Doesn't Do Yet

Today, Omni reads your Meta Ads data: spend, performance and insights. Making campaign changes through Omni isn't available yet.

Troubleshooting

Connection expired or revoked

Meta sign-ins expire from time to time. If you see a "Meta disconnected" message, go to Integrations → Meta Business Suite and reconnect.

No ad accounts showing

Make sure your Facebook login has access to the ad account, then sync your accounts from the integration page.
