Email marketing
Your email marketing, run by asking.
Connect Mailchimp or Klaviyo and run it from the same chat as the rest of your shop. Omni reads your audiences and campaigns, builds the segments worth sending to from your real sales, and pauses or resumes your automations, with consent checked before anything goes out.
Your email tool does not know who your best customers are.
Mailchimp and Klaviyo see opens and clicks. They do not see your orders, so the segment that actually matters, the customers who used to buy every month and have gone quiet, is work you assemble by hand: export the data, work out who is slipping, build the list, set up the email. It is the job that waits for a spare afternoon, and the spare afternoon rarely comes.
OmniOps already knows your sales. So you can ask, in plain words, who is slipping away, and have the segment built in your email tool with the win-back ready to go. The same chat that runs the rest of your shop runs your email marketing too.
Your email tool, run from one chat.
Know how your list is doing
Ask how your list is doing and get the numbers back: subscribers, unsubscribes, open and click rates, without opening Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
Segments from real sales
Ask for a segment in plain words, like customers who bought in the last 90 days, and Omni builds it in your email tool from your actual order history.
Pause and resume automations
Need a flow stopped while you are out of stock, or restarted afterwards? Ask Omni. It pauses and resumes Klaviyo flows, and Mailchimp's classic automations.
Campaign performance, in plain terms
See how recent campaigns did, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and revenue, explained rather than buried in a reporting screen.
Your best and at-risk customers, synced
Omni works out your customer tiers from real orders, best, loyal, at risk, lapsed, and tags them onto your subscribers so your flows and segments can target them.
Consent handled correctly
Before anyone is messaged, consent is checked live. A contact who turned off email permission is treated as opted out, so you stay the right side of the rules.
Reach the customers your email tool cannot see.
Your email tool measures engagement. OmniOps measures your business. Joining the two is where the money is.
Built from orders, not guesses
Segments come from your real purchase history, so a win-back targets the customers who genuinely used to buy, not a rough approximation of them.
Tiers kept current
Your best, loyal, at-risk and lapsed customers are worked out from live sales and synced onto your subscribers, so the labels in your email tool stay true.
From question to campaign
Ask who is slipping away, approve the segment, and the win-back is ready in the tool you already use.
Marketing that respects who said no.
Getting consent wrong is a fine and a broken trust. OmniOps is deliberately strict here.
Checked live, not cached
Consent is read at the moment it matters, never from a stale copy that might be hours out of date.
Per-channel aware
A customer subscribed to your list but with the email permission switched off is treated as opted out. Emailing them would break the rules, so Omni will not.
Sending stays with you
Omni reads, segments and prepares. It never sends a campaign on its own, so your list and your brand stay in your hands.
Connected in a couple of minutes.
Connect your tool
In Settings, choose Mailchimp or Klaviyo and sign in. There are no API keys to copy, and your login stays with them.
Pick your audience
Choose the list Omni works with. It starts reading your audience straight away.
Just ask
Ask about your list, build a segment, or sync your best customers. Omni does the work in the tool you already use.
Before you try it.
Which email tools do you support?
Mailchimp and Klaviyo today, run the same way: you ask, and Omni uses whichever you have connected. More tools are planned.
Will Omni send emails to my customers on its own?
No. Omni reads your account, builds segments and prepares campaigns, but sending stays a deliberate, consent-checked step you take.
What can it do with my automations?
On Klaviyo, Omni can pause and resume your live flows. On Mailchimp it pauses and resumes classic automations; Mailchimp's newer Customer Journeys do not yet allow outside control, so those stay in your hands.
How is the customer-tier sync different from what my email tool offers?
Your email tool groups people by how they engage with email. OmniOps groups them by what they actually bought, then writes those tiers onto your subscribers, so you can target real spending behaviour.
Is my consent data handled safely?
Consent is checked live before any contact is messaged, and a withdrawn email permission is always respected. Adding a subscriber never opts anyone in.
