Introduction to Omni

What Omni is, how it works, and what it can do for your business.

What is Omni?

Omni connects to the tools you already use and puts everything in one place — accessible through conversation instead of clicking through dashboards.

Tell Omni what you need, and it takes care of the rest — from checking inventory to scheduling meetings to analysing sales data. No menus, no forms.

How It Works

Omniops connects to the tools you already use:

  • E-commerce platforms like WooCommerce and Shopify
  • Google Workspace for email, calendar, and documents
  • Microsoft 365 for Outlook calendar, email, and contacts
  • Payments through Stripe
  • Accounting with Xero
  • Messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger
  • Team tools like Slack for escalations and notifications

Once connected, Omni can access your data, answer questions, and take actions across all your integrations — all from a single chat interface.

What's Relevant to You

Everything in Omniops is available to every business. But some features will matter more to you than others:

If you run an online store (WooCommerce, Shopify), you'll get the most from:

If you run a service business (trades, consulting, personal training), start with:

Everyone benefits from: Enquiry Handling, Email & Lead Management, Messaging Channels, and the iOS App.

Key Concepts

OmniOS

Every organisation gets its own OmniOS — a behind-the-scenes knowledge base that helps Omni understand your business. It stores things like your goals, preferences, and how you like to work, and it updates itself as you use Omniops. You don't need to manage it — it just makes Omni smarter about your business over time.

Customer Service Widget

Omniops also powers a customer-facing chat widget that you embed on your website. This widget can answer product questions, help with orders, and provide support — all powered by your actual business data.

Your Data Stays Private

Your business data is completely separate from every other Omniops customer. Your information, conversations, and credentials are never shared with or visible to anyone else.
