How the maths works

Human-only baseline. 200 tickets × 12 mins × £25/hr ÷ 60 = £1,000/mo.

Tidio. £19 Starter + £25 Lyro AI base (~50 conversations) + £0.45 per extra Lyro conversation (assumes 80% of tickets become Lyro conversations).

Gorgias. Helpdesk tier (£8 → £42 → £237 → £585+ by ticket volume) + £0.76 per AI-resolved ticket. AI resolution rate: 70% on Shopify, 25% on WooCommerce / Stripe / Other (the AI Agent only takes actions on Shopify, so most tickets fall back to human).

Intercom. £23/seat × 1 seat + £0.79 per Fin resolution × 70% of tickets.

Omniops. Flat £500/mo. No per-resolution charges. Includes ops + marketing scope, not just CS.
