What if Omni gets something wrong?

You stay in control. For anything sensitive — refunds, returns, customer complaints — Omni flags it for your approval before acting. You set what it handles automatically and what needs your sign-off. And if it ever gets something wrong, you can override it instantly.

How long does setup take?

About a week, end to end. We connect Omni to your store, your channels, your accounts, and your inbox; we walk you through how it speaks to your customers and what it should escalate; we tune it to your products and policies. After that it runs itself.

What platforms does it work with?

WooCommerce, Shopify, and Stripe natively. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Gmail and Outlook on top. Xero, FreeAgent, QuickBooks and Sage for accounts. If you’re on something else, get in touch — we may already support it.

Can I cancel?

Any time. The 30-day trial is no-contract — if Omni isn’t earning its keep, you walk away with nothing owed. After the trial it’s a rolling monthly arrangement; cancel with one email. No phone calls.

Is my data safe?

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Core infrastructure is UK/EU hosted and built to support GDPR workflows. We never sell your data or use it for voluntary model training. Export or delete everything any time.

Can I review messages before they’re sent?

Yes. You choose the level of autonomy. Omni can draft responses for you to approve, or handle routine questions automatically and only escalate edge cases. You set the rules — and you can change them any time.

What is Omniops?

Omniops is an AI-powered operations platform for ecommerce businesses. It gives you Omni, an AI assistant that understands your store, your products, and your customers. Omni handles customer support through a chat widget on your website, manages orders and inventory queries, and helps you run day-to-day operations so you can focus on growing your business.

How does the AI chat widget work?

You add a small code snippet to your website (or install via Shopify). The widget appears on your site and uses AI to answer customer questions instantly about products, orders, shipping, returns, and more. It learns from your website content, uploaded documents, and your store data. When it cannot answer confidently, it escalates to your team via Slack or email.

What can Omni do for my store?

Answer customer questions 24/7, handle order status enquiries automatically, recommend products, escalate complex issues to your team with full context, respond across channels (website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), and track conversations and surface insights in your dashboard.

How does billing work?

Every account starts with a one-month free trial with no card required. After the trial, pricing is a flat monthly rate billed through your platform (e.g. Shopify billing). No per-seat or per-ticket charges. You can cancel any time from your store admin.

How do I customise the widget?

From your dashboard, you can change the widget colours, position, size, welcome message, and branding to match your site. Changes apply instantly with no code updates needed. You can also configure the AI tone, fallback behaviour, and which topics it should handle or escalate.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. Every account includes a one-month free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to get started. Install the app, connect your store, and see how Omni works with your real data before you commit.

How do I get support?

You can reach us by email at [email protected] or chat with Omni directly from your dashboard. We respond within one business day.

What happens if I uninstall?

If you uninstall the app, your subscription is cancelled immediately and the widget stops appearing on your site. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting support.
