These terms apply to websites you publish with Omniops Sites. By publishing a site to *.omniops.site, you agree to everything below in addition to our main Terms of Service.
Omniops Sites lets you generate and publish a website to a subdomain of omniops.site (for example, yourslug.omniops.site). We host the site on our infrastructure. You keep ownership of the content you create; we keep the infrastructure running.
You can export your site at any time from the dashboard. If you delete your account we keep site content only as long as needed for our backups to roll over.
You must not publish content or behaviour that:
Violation may result in immediate suspension of the affected site and, in serious cases, your Omniops account.
Anyone can report a site for review at omniops.co.uk/report/<slug> or by emailing [email protected]. We review reports within 24 hours during UK business days.
While a report is under review we may temporarily suspend the site. Suspensions can be appealed by responding to the notice we send to the account email.
Before a site goes live we run automated checks (including Google Safe Browsing) against the public URL. Sites flagged as malicious are blocked. False positives can be appealed to [email protected].
Each plan has a maximum number of active (published) sites. You can archive unused sites at any time from the dashboard to free up a slot. Sites with no visitors for 180 days may be automatically archived — data is retained, and you can re-publish with one click.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove a site at our discretion if we reasonably believe it violates these terms, creates legal risk to Omniops, or threatens the safety of visitors. We try to notify you first except where delay would cause harm.
Your site files are stored in our UK/EU-hosted Supabase project. Visitors to your site may fall under the UK GDPR; if your site collects personal data (forms, analytics, newsletter signups) you are the controller and must provide a lawful basis + privacy notice. Our main Privacy Policy covers our processing as the hosting provider.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to the account owner and require re-acceptance before the next publish. Non-material updates (typos, clarifications) are applied silently with a bump to the "Last updated" date above.
